We deliver Monday - Saturday. However, when Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas Eve fall on a Sunday, we will of course be delivering then!
We can deliver your flowers for you or you may pick them up from the shop. What will happen if the recipient is out?
If there is nobody to receive the flower delivery, we will endeavour to find a neighbour who is willing to take accept it on the recipients behalf and leave an Important Message card detailing where they have been left. Alternatively, if no one is able to take delivery on the recipients behalf, we leave a card to say that we have called, along with our contact details. You can then arrange a convenient time for your re-delivery or collection that day or the next. We will do our best to re-deliver on the same day, but may have to reschedule for the next day where a charge may be levied.

We will send you a confirmation by email once we have received your online order.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your flower delivery, please call us on the same day. We will not be able to deal with your complaint if more than three days have elapsed. The original product will need to be seen by us in order to fully investigate any issue. If the complaint is deemed justifiable, a credit note, refund or replacement will be offered.
