Rachel and Steven
Posted on October 24, 2016Rachel and Steven's wedding took place last Saturday on a blissfully sunny October day. They had chosen one of our favourite colour palettes of pale pinks, blush and nudes warmed through with hints of peach and copper.
Rachel had painted bottles with the bang on trend colour of copper so we did our best to find flowers that complimented that colour. For her trailing bridal bouquet, we came up with the ever popular David Austin rose 'Juliet' ( think catnip for florists ) rose 'Quicksand', scented 'O'Hara roses, beautiful two toned 'Finesse' roses, cream stocks, scented tuberose, pale blush lisianthus, dill and seeded eucalyptus with gentle foliages. The bridesmaids had complimenting posies with extra pops of burnt orange spray roses.
Their reception took place at Northease Manor school which is located near Rodmell where the hall had been transformed with elegant white drapes and the tables had a distinct woodland feel. The early drive to the venue through Swanborough was one of the most uplifting experiences for us this year.
